Could you be the full-time Project Engineering Manager we're looking for?
Your future roleTake on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive engineering and project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field.
You'll work alongside dedicated, skilled, and innovative teammates.
You'll manage the technical contractual scope of the project, ensuring delivery meets the highest quality, cost, performance, and schedule commitments.
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Project Core Team, Engineering Team, Methods & Tools Community), oversee project technical risks and mitigation plans, and much more.
You'll specifically take care of the project solution design, including customization and configuration to meet project commitments, but also supervise Verification & Validation activities.
We'll look to you for:Leadership in technical scope management and customer acceptanceExperience in rail signalling projectsEffective management of project technical risks and variationsValidation of technical design choices with peers and the Solution DirectorEnsuring regulations and standards are incorporated into project solutionsFunctionally leading and assessing the project engineering teamInterfacing with the project core team to support various project stagesAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
