For additional information about Canadian Solar, visit www.canadiansolar.com Position Title: PMO The PMO (Project Management Officer) for battery solutions in the solar energy market will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating strategic projects related to the development and implementation of energy storage solutions for solar systems. This role requires strong project management skills, technical knowledge in batteries and solar energy, and the ability to coordinate teams and resources to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and finalize projects related to the development and deployment of battery solutions for solar energy systems, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, and resource requirements. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Coordinate activities between internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met. Facilitate communication between all stakeholders, keeping everyone informed about project status and changes. Develop and maintain project progress and status reports for leadership and other stakeholders. Analyze data and feedback to evaluate project performance and implement continuous improvements. Propose and implement improvements to project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated on best practices and trends in project management and the solar energy sector. Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and properly archived. Ensure projects comply with industry regulations, standards, and company policies. Professional Qualifications: Previous experience in project management, preferably within the battery and solar energy sector. Experience managing complex projects and coordinating cross-functional teams. Strong knowledge of battery technologies and solar energy systems. Familiarity with project management tools and planning software. Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate teams to achieve project goals. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to travel as needed to coordinate activities at different locations. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Project management certifications, such as PMP, are highly desirable.
