The Project Manager is responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units. In this role you will manage project resources, schedules, and financials, as well as adhere to stage gate quality and SDLC control guidelines throughout the full systems development life cycle. This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. You will contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.
On a typical day you will:

Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks & issues, communicating across leadership
Manage required resources throughout the project
Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities

What You Will Need to be Successful:

Professional degree is a must, desirable post-graduation.
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in leading projects related to Digital Technology, in various methodologies
You demonstrate communication skills in a Global environment
You have a proven ability to manage multiple projects of various sizes and complexity simultaneously
You have previous experience in successful risk and issue management
You anticipate your customer's needs and look proactively for the right solutions
You are fluent in English. Speaking another language is a plus.
Hybrid role: ability to work in São Bernardo do Campo office and travel globally.
