The Project Manager will collaborate with the CRM Product owners and CRM Centre of Excellence to define, justify, and deliver multiple CRM initiatives that enables achievement of short and long-term business objectives. Typical responsibilities may include facilitating the process to define project scope and delivering of end-to-end project, developing project plans, and performing analysis on delivery plans. This role will manage CRM initiatives in Americas therefore working timings would be Americas time zone. Responsibilities Responsible for the delivery of the project/initiatives within the timelines agreed.Accountable for the project plan, schedule, resources allocation to tasksOrganize and support Steering Committee and leadership update meetings.Creation of clear and crisp power point presentations for leadership communicationsManage project following CRM CoE Development processes by working with individual Scrum MastersManages change control, Risk, and Issues management process.Schedules and conducts regular meetings with the project teams to monitor progress and discuss Issues & RisksHandles all project administrative duties, interfaces to project owners.Support the organization on Continuous Improvement opportunities and best practices development. Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.Minimum 3 years' experience in delivering enterprise-wide applications in global companies.Attention to detail, creation and maintenance of project plans, proactive risk management.Ability work in teams spread across AmericasExperience of working with senior stakeholders and managing project communicationsExperience working in Agile, SCRUM teams and Waterfall.Experience in JIRAProject Management Certification desirableExperience in delivering commercial applications like Salesforce desirable.
