Project Manager

Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules.
• Monitor and track project progress daily, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, resolving issues promptly.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports to senior management.
• Identify project execution risks and work with key stakeholders to manage and mitigate them proactively.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Ensure adherence to organizational goals and service level agreements.
• Mentor team members on best practices, design techniques, and tool usage.
• Collaborate with management to establish and enforce departmental policies and best practices.
• Evaluate and measure team performance, providing guidance for improvement.
• Enable the team to achieve high performance and quality, holding them accountable for results.
• Ensure compliance with standards like MAN03 and MAN05 while implementing best practices.
• Support change management and configuration management processes.
• Provide assistance in quality assurance activities and audits.
Requirements: • Solid understanding of software development processes.
• Preferable experience with Embedded C and AUTOSAR.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile and Scrum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Self-driven, independent, and well-organized work ethic.
• Knowledge of the ASPICE framework.
