Time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Commitment to accomplish work in an ethical, efficient, and cost-effective manner. Proficiency in using project management software and tools. Solid understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information and express thoughts and facts. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and teamwork. Leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members. Understanding and experience in the ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) industry. PMP certification desired.
