Be ready to work in a solid partnership and an environment driven by innovation and continuous improvement.What you will be doing:Act as liaison with client and manage client contractual, organizational, and relationship needs/expectations.Lead cross-functional team leaders and third parties/vendors. Liaise with functional leads and managers to optimize performance and utilization of project team members.Manage project contractual deliverables and modifications through review of project progress, monitoring of dashboards/metrics, and proactive identification, resolution/mitigation, and escalations of risks and/or issues. Serve as a point of escalation for project teams.Manage project costs and financial risks to the company by ensuring resources are in line with budget and deliverables.Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies, and guidelines at the project level.You are:Bachelor's degree in a health, life sciences, or other relevant field of study.Minimum 5-6 years' work experience in clinical research or knowledge in Project Management and Site Management.CRA Experience preferred.All employees must read, write, and speak fluent English and host country language.Based in São Paulo - Allow to go to the office at least 3 times per week.What ICON can offer you:Our success depends on the quality of our people.
