We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to be part of our Capital Equipment team. In this role, you'll drive the successful delivery of capital filtration equipment projects, ensuring they meet both budgetary and timeline goals while exceeding quality standards. If you're passionate about optimizing processes, working with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful solutions, we want to hear from you.The Project Manager oversees mid- to large-scale filtration engineered solution projects, guiding a project team through the entire lifecycle—from supporting sales in the initial quotation and design to fabrication, and final delivery. This role involves leading and coordinating the team to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.This position is part of the Americas Energy+ team and it is an onsite role based in Diadema - SP.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Manage all phases of multiple mid-sized to large projects at any given time, with technical assistance from engineering, including pre-order sales support (budget/quotation phase) and contract review of orders. Lead projects independently with minimal guidance.Understand the requirements of customized customer specifications and apply visual Project Management and daily management. Evaluate planning and technical risk, make decisions and ensure countermeasures are in place to enable the execution of the project milestones on time.Coordinate with team members in their area of expertise (mechanical, chemical, electrical, automation, etc.) to ensure delivery of the project, on time, on budget and to the quality standards expected by our customers. Plan and manage projects' communications and reporting with the customers, project team, management and all involved stakeholders.Follow-up, check, challenge and support project suppliers' progress.Support sales team in pre-sales activities and provide the necessary clarifications requested by customers regarding technical aspects of the proposals, products, and services.The essential requirements of the job include:Bachelor's Degree in Process or Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience within the same industry.Conceptual and practical expertise in project management of package equipment OR related disciplines.Knowledge in Manufacturing Processes, Supplier / Vendor Management, and Contract and Risk Management. Proven ability with process engineering / project management of equipment used in the Chemical and Refinery businesses in various cultures. Experience of working with outside subcontractors including mechanical fabricators. Bilingual in English/Portuguese, specifically written and oral communication in engineering technical terms and concepts.Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:10% travel with occasional overnight for business meetings or fabrication visits.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Experience with SAP (PS Module) preferred.Experience in a continuous improvement program (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).Pall Corporation, a Danaher company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
