**Job Purpose**:
Manages projects, plans their execution and monitors the established scope and the progress of routines, in order to meet established goals, deadlines and costs. Identifies risks to study ways to mitigate impacts and correct actions.
**Job Context**
Management of the physical financial schedule of the current project
Elaborate plans and strategies aimed at fulfilling the Area's budgets. Carry out Scope, Time, Cost and Risk Management, through PMBOK practices, of highly complex projects.
Conduct follow-up meetings, together with the responsible engineers, of the project schedule. Be responsible for control actions resulting from schedule monitoring meetings.
Manage all contracts involved in the undertaking in which it operates, with contracted companies, as well as within the organization itself.
Coordinate communication between all areas involved in the enterprise in which it operates.
Represent the area in corporate meetings on physical and financial performance.
**Job Dimension**
The role will report to the General Manger.
Has a team of 3 to 4 people composed of Contract Analyst Junior to Senior, Field technical and specialist and interns.
**Key Accountabilities**
These will include:
**Project Management and Guidance**
Review reports and presentations to support delivery of the review process.
**Project Handover**
Manage the customer contract inside organization after the handover from sales department.
**Customer Service**
Carry out a range of customer service activities, including handling customer complaints to seek a swift resolution.
**Audit Compliance ISO**
Maintain all ISO processes in conformance with the guidelines.
**Stakeholder Management**
Responsible to interact with the supply chain (internal and external) in order to keep track of the project aligned with customer expectations.
