**RESUME MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ENGLISH** Responsibilities: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, project milestones, resources, and budgets.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and other internal stakeholders.
Monitor and track project progress, adjusting as necessary to ensure successful project completion daily.
Implement and manage projects using the V cycle model, ensuring thorough verification and validation at each stage.
Adapt and apply Agile principles to fit the specific needs of the project, promoting iterative development.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, customers, team members, and senior management.
Lead cross-functional teams, providing direction, support, and motivation to achieve project goals.
Conduct regular team meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks, developing mitigation Plan to address potential issues.
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards ASPICE and comply with client requirements.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and change logs.
Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, highlighting key milestones, risks, and KPIs.
Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes, incorporating lessons learned and best practices.
Requirements: Bachelor's/ master's degree Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably within the automotive or EV software industry.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred: Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner).
Experience in the automotive industry, particularly with EV software development.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 26262, ASPICE).
