Project Manager

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Identify new business opportunities and new ideas and propos creative solutions to implement them;
- Lead projects from ideas conception to (its) implementation;
- Working experience in implementing projects following the methodologies WATERFALL and AGILE;
- Good interpersonal skills and good interaction with professionals of different profiles;
- Interact with other internal areas, as well as external suppliers for the development of solutions, in order to facilitate and simplify interactions;
- Conduct feasibility studies for projects and submit them to the leadership and stakeholders for approval;
- Develop the scope of the project by surveying the technical requirements, with the support of the areas involved;
- Ensure and lead the structuring and communication of projects; Assure and lead project's structuring and communication;
- Develop metrics to measure project progress and results;
- Lead meetings and conduct workshops related to the projects;
- Report project evolution to the areas involved and to the leadership (local and global, when necessary).
Qualifications:

- Desirable fluency in English idiom;
- Desirable knowledge in Finance Services and Consorcio;
- Bring additional tool that leverage PMO area;
- Communication skills;
- Knowledge about waterfall and agile projects.
