Proactively identifying and communicating gaps in deliverables, milestones, and technical deliverables. Helping tech leads align their work to business requirements. Curating our groups' services documentations, including walkthrough decks, videos, and demos. Onboarding (demonstrating, hands-on walkthroughs) new customers to our services. Summarizing customer program engagements on a weekly basis (highlights, lowlights, blockers, next action items) Working with leadership to identify potential new growth areas and needs that might arise from the field. Great attention to details and skilled at managing multiple, concurrent activities.
