We are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER : Excellent communication skills, at all levels. Need to communicate properly with various engineering teams, from Soft Eng to Eng management, from feature owner to leads. Engaging, identifying, and documenting customer programs needs Tracking customer programs status in ADO ( Azure Devops as a tracking and project management tool) Scheduling and running recurring SCRUM meetings with customers and engineers. Proactively identifying and communicating gaps in deliverables, milestones, and technical deliverables. Helping tech leads align their work to business requirements. Curating our groups' services documentations, including walkthrough decks, videos, and demos. Onboarding (demonstrating, hands-on walkthroughs) new customers to our services. Summarizing customer program engagements on a weekly basis (highlights, lowlights, blockers, next action items...) Working with leadership to identify potential new growth areas and needs that might arise from the field. Great attention to details and skilled at managing multiple, concurrent activities.
