Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This individual will serve as the backbone of our operational success, acting as a critical liaison between our clients and fulfillment team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in our marketing solution (social media ad campaigns, marketing funnels, email sequences, workflow automations, etc) and our clients' investment offerings (real estate, private equity, private credit, venture capital, etc), ensuring that all campaigns are executed flawlessly from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities Client Relations Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from the onboarding call through campaign launch and ongoing support. Uphold our high standards by representing the Raise Ready brand effectively in all client interactions. Strong emphasis on maintaining and enhancing client relationships throughout the campaign lifecycle. Operational Leadership Build and manage a robust project management platform (using Asana, Monday, Clickup, or other) to streamline team collaboration and reduce campaign time to launch. Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high quality standards are met. Liaise between clients and the fulfillment team, including copywriters, media buyers, designers, marketers, and various other team members. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence. Lead, mentor, and manage team members, promoting professional development and high performance. Strategic Planning Collaborate with leadership to set the company vision and develop strategies to achieve operational goals. Think in frameworks and systems to develop scalable solutions that support company growth. Qualifications Experience MUST HAVE a stellar ability to maintain a strong frame and authority when engaging with teammates and clients (in written text and video calls). MUST HAVE exceptional command of the English language (in written and spoken word). MUST HAVE minimum four years building out project management platforms for marketing teams from the ground up with the ability to implement and conduct a regular meeting cadences with the fulfillment team to meet strict project deadlines. MUST HAVE minimum four years managing digital marketing projects in a startup or scale-up. Experience in investments, investment banking, private equity, or finance is highly advantageous. Skills and Competencies Strong strategic planning and proactive problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills— client service is at the core of our business. Expert ownership of project management tools, platforms, and frameworks. Proven experience leading project planning meetings and establishing a structured meeting cadence that fosters accountability, transparency, and a culture of high performance within teams. Stellar organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy. Must have top notch attention to detail. Friendly, empathetic, and professional client-friendly presence, but be able to lead firmly and take charge when needed. Adaptability and hands-on management style. Availability We are a globally distributed remote team with asynchronous and synchronous collaboration. You must be able to work 9am to 5pm PST or CST hours, 40 hours per week. You must have a great internet connection, show up on time, appear sharp , and be prepared to collaborate. Leadership Qualities Demonstrated ability to collaborate with executive leadership to set and execute company vision. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals. Certifications such as MBA, PMP, or relevant marketing or project management certifications are a plus. Compensation The compensation includes a Base of $1,500–2,500 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as a Revenue-Share Bonus that's paid out monthly, effectively removing your income ceiling.
