Below are key responsibilities of a DataProduction Manager. The duties listed are not to be considered restrictive or complete and nothing shouldprevent the management to reassess them or make them evolve as requested by thebusiness.Partner with Customer experience team tounderstand client strategic needs and Lead the creative development of client dashboard (usingTableau software) to best support high data qualityvizualisation.Manage the Dashboard and Program coordinatorteam, and ensure their professional development to deliver best in class dashboardsolutions.Coordinate the work of the Data ProductionTeam (Bespoke, Syndicated, White Label dashboards and Flatfileproduction)Support the Team in the dashboarddevelopment and data publication for a variety of multicountry research studies (dashboardbuilding, update and client customization) based on standard operations and customerrequirementsMaintain high quality and effective projectinternal status reporting for proposing action plan to resolution of issues and avoidrepetitive issuesTracks KPI to ensure process efficiency,keeps accurate documentation, performs statistical analysis and prepares KPIsreportsKnowledge of surveys, data and dashboardsare essential to propose improvementsDevelop and maintain strong workingrelationshipswith Customer Excellence, Survey Production, QA/QC, and IT services to ensurehigh quality dataIn-depth analysis of data delivery to detectissues and propose procedures updates, automation, improve processes, and ensure best practicesto increase proficiency.Ensure that data production process runssmoothly, with mínimal task repetition and according to Quality Control Rules and efficiencystandards.Manage the Daily/ Weekly activities of theData Production Team, new hirings to the team, Team Members training, coaching and support theonboarding of new team membersProactive approach to identifying issues andpresenting solutions and options, and where appropriate, leading toresolutionSupport the Team in in the overall executionof the research project customer delivery to meet the established targets for scope, qualityand schedule.Develop and maintain good professionalcommunication with internal co-workers and external resources to ensure good communication andsmooth project execution.Work in research study design as per RWDSguidelines, collaborates in quality control, analysis, reporting, client dashboard developmentand data publication.Coordinate with internal departments and/orexternal suppliers to establish the project schedule and assignments ensuring compliance to ourhigh-quality standards.Education, Professional Skills &ExperienceExpertskills in Data visualization - Tableaurequired.Bachelors orMasters degree in business, marketing or marketresearchPreviousproduction, data experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform thejob (comparable to 3 years)Leadershipand management skills and experience are requiredCritical thinking, accuracy, strongattention to detail with the ability to multi-task when working towardsdeadlines.Experiencewith a market research supplier (preferred).Demonstratedexperience using SharePoint and Office 365 Tools.Knowledge ofqualitative and quantitative research methods.
