Main Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and monitor the execution of strategic projects in all phases, ensuring deadlines, scope, and quality are met;
Facilitate communication between the parties involved in the project, ensuring alignment between product, engineering, business teams, and other stakeholders;
Define and implement processes and project management frameworks to optimize efficiency and increase visibility of project progress;
Monitor risks, obstacles, and issues that may affect project success, proposing agile and effective solutions;
Provide continuous follow-up and create reports for stakeholders, highlighting progress, metrics, and results;
Act as a facilitator to ensure teams have the necessary support to achieve their delivery goals.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Solid experience as a PMO or Project Manager in technology or financial services environments;
Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders;
Fluency in English (written and spoken), essential for communication with global stakeholders;
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, driving strategic deliveries;
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Differentials:

Experience with project management tools.
