Project Manager (Pharma Industry) - Advanced English - Remoto

Requirements: Provide Project Management oversight to ensure projects start and complete on time and within scope. Manage overall Project Portfolio and track resource allocation from a holistic perspective. Build and manage Project Charter, Kick-off deck, Lessons learned, Project closeout summary. Participate in system configuration and study compliance meetings with vendor. Schedule working sessions with vendor teams to prioritize tasks and deliverables to ensure on time delivery. Understanding of IT Change Control Process, FDA software validation guidelines for GxP and Non-GxP systems in Pharma Industry. Responsible for communicating what needs to get done, who needs to do it and when it needs to be completed. Proactively check-in with project team members on milestones, tasks, and deliverables. Identify and communicate Risks and Issues during weekly meetings and potential resolutions. Identify and implement process improvements, best practices, tools, and templates. Facilitate weekly meetings with Internal and vendor teams followed by meeting notes. Publish weekly status reports, review pending action items for ongoing projects. Update upcoming project status and tentative timelines.
