Our leading technologies and our ability to apply them safely and effectively create value for our customers and shareholders.Partner with the bestAs a Project Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:Lead Project Quality Engineering team W2W supporting commercial operations, project execution and aftermarket.Lead by example, promoting the Quality message, both internally and externally.Act as interface between customers, project management and supply chain for all project quality matters.Manage a comprehensive process to implement, maintain & ensure adherence of PQP at all relevant levels.Coordinate the delivery of quality requirements & ensure effective and consistent application of Baker Hughes Quality Management System requirements within the project.Develop effective reporting on project quality metrics for internal & external stakeholders.Ensure that project quality deliverables are completed as detailed in contract.Facilitate and chair cross-functional Pre-Production Meetings to communicate all contractual quality requirements for the scope of work.Develop, implement & maintain project quality audit schedule.Facilitate the process of concession deviation request.Establish and drive effective Customer Issue Resolution process.Perform data analysis and monitor Customer satisfaction trends.Report project lessons learned to continuous improvement processes.Facilitate project close-out meetings.Advise Functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures in the own field.Handle communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited university or collegeStandard knowledge in API Spec Q1, API Spec Q2, API 6A, API 17D, API 20E and ISO 9001.Green Belt trained and/or QualifiedFMEA knowledge.Past experience in Supplier Quality function given its importance to projects.Past experience in Quality audits to support customer project assessments.Desired CharacteristicsStrong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills.
