The primary purpose of this position is to apply professional project management skills to implement projects that support the business needs of Kemin. The core responsibility will be to manage multiple projects across all functional areas, ensuring execution on time and in line with business needs to support growth. This position may reside in product development, product application, or IT.
ResponsibilitiesReport project activity progress and status.Execute key strategic projects, activities, and action items.Manage and guide project execution of change management and initiatives related to continuous improvement.Manage project scope, deliverables, budget, goals, roles, and responsibilities.Create project plans (GANTT charts) and schedules that ensure task prioritization and project dependencies.Track changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and develop contingency plans.Delegate project tasks and responsibilities.Lead project team meetings and ensure follow-up actions are identified.Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.Present findings accurately and in a timely manner to allow management to make critical decisions based on key data.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration or marketing and 3-5 years of related professional experience.PMP Certification or equivalent certification preferred.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.Ability to communicate with a diverse group of individuals.Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under time constraints.Strong analytical skills.Must be proficient in English; multilingual is an advantage.Advanced computer skills with experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Project or other project planning software.
