As a Project Staff Specialist/Project Management Specialist you will be responsible for:
Control of Technical and Commercial Documentation with Customer and Supplier
Responsible for Local Content consolidation and certification process
Operational support on Risk Tool (Active Risk Management) ARM.
Operational support on Oracle (Sales Order)
Organize and update in the system all exchange of documentation that is carried out between Engineering, Customer and Supplier
Monitoring of documentation by conducting Follow Up meetings weekly.
Use documentation control tools, UNIFIER and FTP / SIGEM / INTEGRA
Update the necessary documentation to be submitted for customer approval based on information provided by the areas: Engineering and Quality.
Prepare invoices, import declarations (DIs), inspection reports, etc.
for all materials listed in the BOM (Bill of Material) for the equipment in question.
Create folders on the network for organized archiving of the BOM, material location sheets (FLM), manufacturing and inspection reports (RFI), receipt control records (RCR), sales invoices, material acquisition invoices and DIs, ANP spreadsheet, and structure spreadsheet.
Interface with various departments at Baker Hughes
Update Risks and Opportunities in ARM Tool
Create and revise Sales Orders of current projects in Oracle

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma with some experience in Project Management;
Have experience in Project Management;
Be able to speak fluently Portuguese and advanced English, with good oral and written communication skills.
