Innovating in the energy industry, our subsea and surface pressure capabilities are industry-leading.Partner with the bestAs a Project Staff Specialist/Project Management Specialist you will be responsible for:Control of Technical and Commercial Documentation with Customer and SupplierResponsible for Local Content consolidation and certification processOperational support on Risk Tool (Active Risk Management) ARM.Operational support on Oracle (Sales Order)Organize and update in the system all exchange of documentation that is carried out between Engineering, Customer and SupplierMonitoring of documentation by conducting Follow Up meetings weekly.Use documentation control tools, UNIFIER and FTP / SIGEM / INTEGRAUpdate the necessary documentation to be submitted for customer approval based on information provided by the areas: Engineering and Quality.Prepare invoices, import declarations (DIs), inspection reports, etc.
for all materials listed in the BOM (Bill of Material) for the equipment in question.Create folders on the network for organized archiving of the BOM, material location sheets (FLM), manufacturing and inspection reports (RFI), receipt control records (RCR), sales invoices, material acquisition invoices and DIs, ANP spreadsheet, and structure spreadsheet.Interface with various departments at Baker HughesUpdate Risks and Opportunities in ARM ToolCreate and revise Sales Orders of current projects in OracleFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma with some experience in Project Management;Have experience in Project Management;Be able to speak fluently Portuguese and advanced English, with good oral and written communication skills.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
