Providing audiences and advertisers with an unparalleled suite of digital products that serve the Spanish and Portuguese language business and finance audience.
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Projects Assistant & Account Manager to support the development of unique, high-impact commercial projects while managing and nurturing client relationships.
This hybrid role requires a blend of project management, creativity, and client service expertise, playing a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the successful execution of client projects.
Key Responsibilities: Project Management & Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of special commercial projects, supporting work across digital platforms, social media, podcasts, and more.
Track project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
Support client-driven solutions that align with creative and brand strategies.
Provide administrative and logistical support across sales, editorial, design, and production teams for seamless project execution.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through proactive and responsive communication.
Understand client needs, propose innovative solutions, and ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
Monitor and document project performance, providing insights and feedback for future improvements.
Copywriting & Sales Support: Write engaging copy for client projects that communicates client solutions effectively and aligns with brand messaging.
Aid the sales team in developing compelling proposals and presentations.
Ad Operations & Analytics: Assist the ad operations team in campaign management.
Prepare comprehensive reports with analytical data and strategic recommendations for clients.
Requirements: Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management, client-facing roles, or account management within media, advertising, or related industries.
Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication, with exceptional presentation skills (PPT, Excel, charts).
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in Google Ad Manager and Analytics is a plus.
Conversational Portuguese and English required; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
Collaborative, adaptable, and highly motivated to innovate and deliver client success.
This role is remote and can be based across Latin America.
