The Sibelco Group operates over 110 production sites in 31 countries, with a team of over 5,000 people.Location: SP SchoolhouseThe Senior Contract Administrator is responsible for providing guidance to the contract procurement and project team in respect of administering adherence to contract terms.
The primary focus on adherence being legal terms, commercial agreements, and scope of work.
The Senior Contract Administrator holds a critical position in the project's procurement and subcontracting team, ensuring strict adherence to established procedures, policies, and processes.
Active participation during the tender and administration phases with the primary goal of optimizing financial and operational performance and identifying and minimizing associated risks while conforming to Company Standards and Values.ResponsibilitiesWork on Procurement data, bring structure and meaningful reporting in line with functional KPIs.Deliver the measurements and analysis of key Procurement metrics for continuous improvement.Develop regular reports for Procurement leadership to track functional KPIs, make recommendations for GAP and further activities.Lead & support ad-hoc SCP projects to implement new business processes or tools and for governance (such as LH).Collaborate and coordinate inter/cross-functional relationships to identify needs, issues and initiate any de-bottlenecking activities for SCP automation subjects.Ensure implementation of the agreed processes.Strong knowledge and experience of tools/systems (ERP, Power BI, Excel) related to the role.Communicates clearly in situations that affect his/her area of responsibilities.Able to communicate effectively with high-level stakeholders.Be able to communicate and steer cross-functional stakeholders for key subject matter discussions.QualificationsSAP experience preferred.Associate or bachelor's degree in business preferred.3 or more years relevant purchasing experience with a background in manufacturing.Proficient in English.BenefitsMedical InsurancePrescription Drug BenefitsDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsuranceDisability InsuranceCritical Illness Insurance401(k) Retirement Savings PlanWe welcome your application and will make reasonable adjustments where required to support you through the selection process.To Apply: Please click apply to register your information and contact details on the recruitment portal so one of our team can get in touch.#J-18808-Ljbffr
