Job Overview and ResponsibilitiesSyensqo is creating its internal Global Business Services (GBS) to cover Finance, Procurement and Human Resources activities. Join us in one of our 3 service centers: Lisbon, Curitiba, and Bangkok, be part of this transformation journey from the start.The incumbent will be responsible to perform provisioning of Genex, IT, Industrial, Packaging domains to ensure on-time and in-full delivery.Key Responsibilities:
Review purchase requisitions against given criteria (quality and proper approval)
Turn purchase requisitions into purchase orders
Ensure the vendors receive the Purchase Orders on-time
Follow-up Purchasing Orders by collecting supplier acknowledgement
Follow up Purchase Order delivery, only if specifically requested by the Business
Respond and resolve Users and Vendors inquiries
Coordinate resolution through various direct contact in Syensqo, making proposals to address root causes, to reduce errors or gaps in the future
Identify trends, analyze root causes and propose improvements to Team Leader
Ensure on-time and in-full delivery of Goods and Services
Monitor vendor delivery performance
Perform controls following corporate procedures and compliance rules
Participate to specific process improvement projects
Implement and follow up the Group internal control rules, policies and procedures, within own operations responsibility
Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree with at least 2 years of business/technical trainingExperience in procurement/expeditingExperience in using SAPGood level of oral and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and take initiativesMust-have skillsUnderstanding of tool management preparation and knowledge of procurement processGood communication skills, with a supporting mindsetProblem-Solving capabilitiesHigh level of initiativeQuick learner/willingness to learn and developAutonomousMust-have language skillsFluent in English (both written & spoken)
