Public Policy Analyst position at Speyside Corporate Relations Based in BrasíliaSpeyside Corporate Affairs & Public Policy is looking for an ambitious and dynamic individual to join our team in Brasilia, to work on corporate relations mandates of clients across different sectors including healthcare, petcare and others.
The ideal candidate will be asked to be fluent in English (at least B2 level)Role and responsibilitiesThe successful candidate will assist on Public Affairs project in all aspects of their work with clients.
Some of the responsibilities would include:Assisting in the design and implementation of strategic plans spanning policy shaping and government relations.Planning and participating in meetings, events, and briefings with clients, legislators, government officials and other opinion leaders.Mapping and monitoring legislative, government, industry, and non-profit sectors to identify risks and opportunities for our clients.Day-to-day interactions with clients in a diverse array of work including market access, corporate reputation, stakeholder outreach and regulatory issues.Producing content for external engagement with public authorities and key opinion leaders.Support the development of studies and research in public policies and regulations affecting clients.Occasional visit to clients and stakeholders, with regular daily interactions, including personal or online meetings.You will be asked to have:At least 02 years of previous experience with public policy and government relations.Knowledge on policy shaping, Congress rules/process and legislative engagement.Initiative, proactivity, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.Good organizational and time management skills.Good knowledge of the media, political and business landscapes in Brazil.Exceptional written and oral skills.
