Publishing Hunter The Publishing Hunter is responsible for teaching and guiding new sellers to launch their first products on the SHEIN platform, ensuring they align with SHEIN's policies and quality standards. This role plays a crucial part in the seamless transition of new sellers from onboarding to active selling status. Job Responsibilities > Account and Product Verification: Lead the process of verifying new seller accounts and their product listings, ensuring compliance with SHEIN's policies and standards. > Publishing Guidance: Teach the new sellers about the seller's interface on SHEIN platform, and guide them until they successfully publish the first product. > Quality Control: Oversee the quality control of product listings, working closely with the Quality Specialist to maintain high standards of product presentation and accuracy. > Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the Hunting Support, Account Management, and Data Analytics teams to gather insights and feedback to continually improve the publishing process. Requirements > Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field. > Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, product management, or a related field > Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM and product management software, with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing principles. > Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a proactive approach to process improvement. > Languages: Fluency in English and Chinese, with proficiency in additional languages being a plus.
