Purchasing And Supply Senior Analyst

Responsibilities:

Support in the processes of Purchasing, supplies, and service related to Janeiro Offshore.

Support on follow up of import and export processes with freight forwarder.

Carry out the internal demands of Janeiro Offshore's customers.

Perform the controls and reports of the Purchasing and Supply Department.

Follow up with Petrobras logistics.

Comply with and enforce the policies and procedures of Janeiro Offshore and legal requirements pertinent to the activity.

Perform other activities directed by the Purchasing and Supply Manager.

Daily Routine:

Updates of the current demands from the department.

Raise Purchase orders for service requisitions.

Support on follow up in import and export shipments with freight forwarder.

Check and verify invoices of services to assist in sending for payment.

Support for raising materials RFQ.

Support in logistics with Petrobras to escalate the level when necessary.

Controls and reports of the Purchasing and Supply Department.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or related area, or recognition of sound experience in place of formal qualifications is acceptable.

Knowledge and understanding of marine/technical equipment and related logistics management gained within the international Oil & Gas service industry.

Knowledge and use of Petrobras logistics system.

Knowledge and use of computerized Purchasing system, preferably ABS NSE.

At least 3 years of experience in purchasing.
