- Ensure the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of the FPSO by providing necessary materials, equipment, and services on time. This role optimizes processes, reduces costs, and mitigates risks, directly contributing to the success of offshore activities.
**RESPONSABILITIES**
- Develop supply plans to maintain continuous availability of materials and equipment.
- Analyze supplier markets, develop products/services, observe trends, and explore alternative supply models to eliminate single dependency, reduce costs, and shorten lead times.
- Create supplier contracting strategies, adhering strictly to SBM's Quality and HSE policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability.
- Oversee the procurement of goods and services, negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers.
- Continuously seek new technologies and methods to enhance the Procurement department.
- Monitor Procurement performance and implement necessary improvements.
- Ensure all materials and services meet required quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks in the Procurement to prevent disruptions.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve Procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze Procurement data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Train and develop the Procurement team to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with suppliers.
- Develop contingency plans to manage disruptions.
- Evaluate and control Procurement costs to stay within budget.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Solid experience as Procurement Manager with Fleet management for Oil&gas Industry.
- Knowledge of local and international market.
- Proved previous experience with IFS (erp)
- Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or similar.
- Fluency in English.
