This position is responsible to support ATC's strategy in the purchasing perimeter, seeking strategic alliances and supplier development, that result in better cost, productivity and demand response for the Fiber business.
Work model: Hybrid, 2x a week in the office, 3x a week home office.
Location: Vila Olímpia/SP or Bairro Savassi/BH RESPONSIBILITIES: Be part of the business decision-making process and lead corresponding actions that are relevant to the business, understanding the needs of the internal client, ensuring the cost, quality and quantity of resources required in the projects in which Procurement is involved; Conduct the procurement process to meet the operational and administrative expectations/needs.
; Negotiate with suppliers of services and materials in accordance with the processes and procedures; Carry out the analyses of supplier's qualification process under his/her responsibility in accordance with the Vendor Management Program; Ensure that internal demands, related to Procurement, are tended within the established standards of cost, timeline and quality of products and services; Develop new suppliers and better negotiation for the company; Manage contracts of the categories under his/her responsibility.
QUALIFICATIONS: Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and PowerBI); Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong organizational and analytical skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or other area related to the business; At least 10 years' experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement area.
Prior experience in Procurement or Supply Chain, preferably companies in the Telecom, Construction or Civil Engineering segment; Advanced oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish are required.
