Your Mission: Day to DayResponsibilities Assist the data team in supporting revenue management operations.
Manage and update a tierbased pricing system for a 48000unit selfstorage portfolio.
Cleanse and monitor market data to ensure pricing accuracy across the portfolio.
Collect process and transform data to prepare it for analysis and reporting.
Support the development of revenue forecasts budgets and strategic pricing initiatives.
Resolve data automation bugs and support errorchecking processes.
Perform ad hoc analysis for special projects and decisionmaking support.
Document business processes and help identify opportunities for process improvements.
Manage data entry tasks and manually update reports as needed.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful Data analysis to identify trends and insights.

Strong MS Excel skills for data handling and analysis.
