We are looking for a Quality Analyst with a focus on Chassis to ensure that parts and components related to the chassis and powertrain comply with the company's quality policy.
The goal is to drive continuous improvement, ensuring product reliability and efficient production processes.Responsibilities:Investigate technical issues in chassis and powertrain parts at the factory, proposing temporary measures and solutions.Conduct disassembly analyses of parts and promote the implementation and verification of countermeasures.Manage and evaluate suppliers, coordinating quality improvements and supporting audits with the purchasing department.Participate in experimental assemblies and review processes as indicated by the R&D department.Identify, promote, and verify solutions for production process issues before SOP (Start of Production).Contribute to revisions of part control plans, following regulations and technical requirements.Assess market risks based on information and carry out spot inspections for new models.Support the inspection of parts procured for mass production of new products.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.Fluency in English.Extensive experience in quality analysis and improvement, with a focus on chassis systems and/or powertrain groups.Technical Knowledge:Familiarity with production processes for chassis components.Operation and interpretation of onboard diagnostic tools (scanners).Analysis and testing of chassis and powertrain components.Hands-on experience in disassembly and assembly of vehicle components for testing purposes.Skills:Application of problem-solving processes and tools.Use of quality tools (8D, SPC, 5W3H, etc.
