Join Sanofi for a chance to develop with mentoring and guidance from inspirational leaders while helping to make an impact on the lives of countless people worldwide.Country Quality in Sanofi is responsible to define, implement, manage, and control the Country Quality System to ensure the quality of products and services at market level and to guarantee compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and the Sanofi QMS.In this position, you will be able to act as a Quality Analyst and provide support as Business Quality representative in commercial operations, acting in transversal activities and interacting with several areas in routine.Main responsibilities:Maintain knowledge of and comply with the principles of Ethics and Integrity, Sanofi policies and codes of conduct that regulate the pharmaceutical market.Support all concerned country functions (responsible for Good Practices - GxP and health regulated activities), ensuring safe and efficient quality products, information and services are made available to meet patients and customers' needs.Carry out activities to support and maintain a Country Quality system for GxP and health-regulated activities, related to:Quality Documents Management (SOPs)Personnel Qualification and GxP TrainingsDeviation and Corrective-Preventive Actions (CAPA)Change ControlRecallProduct Shortage eventsComputerized Systems GxP complianceCountry Quality Performance Indicators (QPI) ManagementQualification and quality oversight of GxP subcontractors, including auditsQuality Agreements ManagementQuality risk managementProduct Complaints HandlingSupport audits and inspectionsQuality and Transversal projectsAbout youExperience: At least 2 years of working in pharmaceutical companies, specifically at Quality, Clinical Studies Operations, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs or Medical.Soft and technical skills:Knowledge of international and local regulations, guides and good practices related to the country's operations relevant to its activities.Planning and Organization, Action for change, Patient Centricity, Commitment to Results, Strategic Thinking, Adaptability, Cross-Cutting Cooperation, Apply Knowledge, Creativity, Teamwork, Negotiation skills, Propose Solutions, Speed and Accuracy, Interpersonal relationship, Transmitting Knowledge, Recognize and Solve Problems.Education: College/University Complete in Pharmacy or Health related areas.
