The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating customer service interactions across various channels, including phone calls and emails, to ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines. Using a quality matrix, you will rate performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement to enhance the overall customer experience. You're excited about this opportunity because you will… Call Monitoring: Listen to and review recorded customer calls to assess the quality of service provided, adherence to scripts, tone, professionalism, and resolution effectiveness. Monitoring of calls and voicemails from two Customer Success teams. You will be grading each call and voicemail against the provided criteria. We're excited about you because you bring… 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or customer service in a call center or similar environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze interactions objectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with customer service metrics and quality assessment tools. Ability to work independently and within a team. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple evaluations simultaneously. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities.
