To achieve this vision we need an outstanding and passionate Quality Assurance Analyst to take on the following responsibilities:Review product design documentation to ensure that the requirements stated are correct
Write test plans and test cases throughout the development lifecycle
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Perform manual tests including UI, regression, smoke and sanity tests
Execute, track and address test execution results
As an additional activity, the new team member will assist with customer support by analyzing issues and responding to support tickets to ensure our customers receive all the help they need.This person should share our core values of teamwork, empathy, and innovation. Ideally, they have the following background:Required Skills
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience in project tracking software
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Experience in API testing for security gaps
Knowledge of Database scripting
Professional proficiency in written and spoken EnglishGood to Have
Experience with mobile testing or development
Hands-on experience in automated testing tools for Javascript/Typescript based stack
Experience setting up CI/CD Pipelines
Experience in automated integration and E2E tests
Experience as an early team member in a health tech startupPlease note that our full stack is JavaScript-based, hence applicants must have strong foundational and demonstrated experience in JS-related libraries and frameworks.
