**Role Summary**:
**Essential Responsibilities**:
- Build and execute functional, performance, and security tests.
- Perform software installations (Virtual Machines, OS, PC Configurations, etc.).
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network, software, and hardware issues.
- Define and maintain testing frameworks.
- Document test results and highlight areas requiring additional testing.
- Report any software deficiencies to the team.
- Identify and analyze the root causes of performance breakdowns and recommend solutions.
- Perform procedural and manual testing of systems and processes.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and testing documentation.
- Provide technical training to customers and colleagues.
- Perform regular audits to ensure security practices are compliant with company and industry standards.
- Stay updated with the latest threats, vulnerabilities, and protective measures in cybersecurity.
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- Education: Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in protocol development and quality assurance required.
- Create test plans, test cases, and implement software test scripts.
- Perform manual and automated software testing using software testing tools.
- Configure system environment to initialize the tests.
- Perform unit, functional, usability, performance, smoke, regression, and database testing, among others.
- Identify errors encountered during software test runs.
- Analyze and report evidence of errors in the company's management tool.
- Track software defects propose solutions and ensure that the team fix the issues.
- Perform release testing as part of development sprints.
- Ability to code in C# to prepare automated tests is a bonus.
