What you'll do • Be part of a software quality assurance platform team, directly contributing with Quality initiatives and strategy, helping to build and spread it.
• Ensure the Acceptance Criteria • Participate in the refinement meetings to understand the requirements of the initiatives, raising blocks if needed • Actively participate in the Agile rituals • Ensure process good practices and improvements • Identify problems, risks and dependencies, escalating and managing when necessary • Promote and defend the best practices within the team and across the stakeholders • Partner with colleagues to build and maintain tooling for test development, automation, and release process improvements • Manage test repositories • Monitor our tests results • Help to build mechanisms to extract metrics, that support continuous improvement.
What you'll need Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering/computer science, or areas related to Information Technology, with work experience.
Experience with documentation.
In-depth understanding of test concepts at all stages of the software development lifecycle.
Comprehensive analytical skills.
Experience in test specification using BDD /Gherkin.
Experience in defect analysis and reporting.
Experience in working or testing integration with web services and microservices (APIs).
Experience in working or mobile (Android/iOS, both Native).
Experience in working using API Tools support (like Postman ) Good interpersonal communication with strong verbal / written skills in English.
Experience working with a software management system (JIRA is preferred).
Experience with agile methodologies.
Experience with test automation processes and tools and Frameworks, such as Selenium, Browserstack, LambdaTest, etc.
Familiarity with Git.
Experience with test automation using Python, Selenium and Appium Familiarity with software built-in Native Mobile.
