The ideal individual will rigorously test both pre-release versions and live environments of our website and private portals, aiming to optimize operational excellence and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: ? Design and implement detailed test strategies prioritizing user experience and website performance, including responsiveness and speed.
? Conduct thorough testing across various stages of website development to ensure functionality and visual integrity.
? Evaluate user interfaces for intuitiveness and user-friendliness and recommend improvements to enhance visitor interactions.
? Perform systematic performance tests to ensure the website loads quickly and operates efficiently under different conditions.
? Collaborate with UX designers and developers to refine web elements based on test outcomes and user feedback loops.
? Document all test phases, including defects and performance bottlenecks, providing actionable insights for enhancements.
? Utilize advanced tools to monitor website stability and performance post-launch to ensure ongoing user satisfaction.
? Regularly update test scenarios, tools, and procedures to adapt to new testing requirements or technologies.
? Ensure all website functionalities meet the highest privacy and security standards, particularly in user-centric and private areas.
Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with additional certification in UX/UI design preferred.
? Proven track record as a Quality Assurance Tester with a strong emphasis on user experience and performance testing.
? Deep understanding of UX design principles and methodologies.
? Proficient in performance testing tools (e.g., Google Page Speed Insights, GTmetrix ).
? Excellent command of manual and automated testing methodologies and tools.
? Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
? Effective communication skills, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve product goals.
? Knowledge of web accessibility standards is a plus.
