Performs inspection, physicochemical analyses, and sensory evaluation of incoming raw materials and packaging materials2. Monitors and verifies in-line production by checking ingredients/raw materials preparation and process parameters in all production lines3. Implements Good Manufacturing Practice4. Conducts finished product validation through physicochemical analyses, bread scoring, and shelf life study5. Validates customer concerns through comprehensive investigations6. Verifies or audits action plan reports issued to responsible departments regarding product/material and process non-conformities7. Assists in ISO and other audits of the department8. Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly technical and non-technical reports regarding all happenings from functionsQualifications:1.
