Perfect-fit candidate must have:
Be part of a software engineering team, directly contributing to feature validation and homologation for front and back-end platforms
Be in a user/partner facing role, take part in UAT process and lead the user teams towards it
Ensure the Acceptance Criteria and advocate for the user experience when communicating with product, design, and tech teams
Ensure the bugs are properly reported with all necessary information
Monitor tests results
Identify problems, risks and dependencies, escalating and managing when necessary
Actively participate in the Agile rituals
Promote and defend the best practices within the team and across the business
Partner with colleagues to build and maintain tooling for test development, automation, and release process improvement
Manage test repositories
What you ll need:
Bachelor s degree in information systems, engineering/computer science or Information Technology related areas
Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Professional experience in software testing using black box testing techniques
Experience with manual testing of Web and Mobile products
Experience with APIs and JSON
Experience with databases and tools (MongoDB, Cosmos DB, Postman, Insomnia, NewRelic)[AM1]
Comprehensive analytical skills
In-depth understanding of test concepts at all stages of the software development lifecycle
Experience in test specification, preparation, execution and reporting
Experience in defect analysis and reporting
Proactivity, team cooperation, high level of involvement
Responsibility and dedication to the work committed
Communicate and advocate the proposed solution
Ability to estimate efforts and justify them in front of customer and delivery organization, efficiency in getting buy-ins from different parties
Willingness to deal with quickly changing and flexible priorities in multi-tasking and dynamic environments
As a plus:
Familiarity with test automation processes, tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, and Pytest
Familiarity with Git
Familiarity with software development and programming languages such as Python and JavaScript
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (preferable Azure DevOps) and processes
