Here, you find a positive, proactive, persistent and partner team so that together we can achieve better results.Main responsibilitiesWhat you will do:Recommend improvement actions and ensure their follow-up with a focus on customer satisfaction, internal audit, the company's strategic planning, and market trends.Implement ISO quality certifications.Establish appropriate indicators aligned with the objectives and goals of the sector.Critically analyze the indicators and their causes to outline necessary actions for process improvement.Conduct regular audits to verify adherence to quality control procedures and regulatory requirements.Investigate and resolve any incidents or non-conformities related to service quality.Recommend and implement changes to quality control processes based on analysis and feedback.Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality and operational efficiency.Develop a database to communicate quality metrics to all employees.Interact with area managers regarding the definition of training.Supervise area activities, distribute tasks as needed, guide the team, and solve operational problems.Contribute to the team's development through 1:1s, Feedback, Performance Evaluations, Individual Development Plans, and Feedback.Requirements and skillsWhat will bring you to the role:Fluent English.Experience as a People Manager.Quality Control or Continuous Improvement Experience.Additional informationHiring through a Service Agreement (Self-employed or a legal person).100% remote position.Bonus linked to results.
