- She/He will be in Process Inspection of mechanisms boxes, lateral fiber glass parts matching, seats, windows, hack and cables assemblies to established criteria and specifications
- Perform visual inspection, electrical inspections and torquetighness test
- Maintain Inspection Records per Assembly and Vehicle
- Initiate NCR's for Non-compliant Product and Processes and actively participate in the follow up and resolution
- Report Program Quality Activities to Project Industrial Quality Leader and recommend corrective and preventive action
- Maintain Quality Documentation for Components, Assemblies and Vehicles
- Preparation of Approval and Shipping Documents
- Participate in Customer Inspections
- Problem solving between multiple departments and customer representatives
- Review past inspection data for critical information, repeat defects or problem areas
- Record and report Inspection Status of components, assemblies and vehicles
- Participate/Lead Corporate Initiatives and/or Special Projects/Assignments as required and/or directed
- Perform audits associated with Tools and Test equipment calibration and crimper verification as required
- Correlated responsibilities could be applied by Quality Mindset Agility.
- **Competencies**
- Previews experience working into quality inspections within manufacturing industries rules are mandatory
- Technician degree is required or railway industry experienced
- Visual accuracy and color blind will be checked
- Must be able to read blueprints and familiar with a variety of test equipment
- Able to work into a team-player supporting the needs from project/site
- Rail Experience will be a differential
- Desirable knowledge of mechanical, interiors car, torque assemblies
- **Previous experience**
- Desirable minimiun: 3 years of door system / interior assmblies / electrical hack in industrial assembly
- **Language skills**
- Portuguese - Fluent
- English - Functional / Technician
- **Travel required**
- Occasional according project needs / support of other Alstom site.
