Responsabilidades:
This position carries out activities in the following functional areas: Facilities, Warehouse, Quality Control and Quality Assurance, including policy implementation, SOPs, PM/PMOC and compliance related to the cGxP and cGLP.
Responsible for the entire build maintenance of the lab & wh location and periodic qualification for all areas/equipment, including HVAC and Electric Generator;
Be aware and updated on the NRs and cGxP/cGLP related to the function;
Responsible "end to end" for the projects and periodic maintenance/qualification, also being responsible to support the areas since the URS preparation, vendor's indication and analyzing / comparing the received proposals for final approvals, delivering the completed and qualified/certified activities;
To ensure the preventive and breakdown maintenance of analytical equipment's or Instruments in all laboratories;
To ensure that all the QC lab analytical equipment's/instruments and wh devices are updated in ERP system and working together Quality IT and QA for the cGxP documentation;
To update the preventive maintenance plan whenever addition of instruments or to
match the calibration schedule, which will be part of the responsibility to keep updated version;
To prepare the task lists for all analytical & wh equipment's and update them in ERP system;
To perform the PM/PMOC in the given frequency within the given period and ensure the preventive maintenance as per the PM/PMOC schedule and including all reports and traceability of the generated documentation (e.g. all the PM/PMOC and Break down Prints);
To make sure of closing the generated PM orders in ERP system after performing the PM;
To generate the breakdown maintenance notification or order based on the breakdown
request received;
To ensure that the instruments / equipment are used with utmost care and as instructed in the relevant SOP or getting the utmost information to be updated on the related SOP or creation a new SOP if required;
To close the breakdown notification or order of the instrument /equipment after theCompletion of breakdown maintenance;
Responsible for the maintaining of required spares and services for all instruments/equipment and systems in warehouse and related quotation with relative POs and keeping the contracts up to date;
To raise the change controls, as when required;
Any other responsibility assigned by Group leader;
To ensure the Gate passes, as well be together in the scheduled visits with vendors, when required;
To ensure the safety measures while operating in Lab & warehouse.
Requirements:
Engineer graduated (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical specialization);
Solid experience in general activities in Building & Equipment maintenance plan & execution – being in Pharmaceutical Industry as expertise;
English Language – intermediate knowledge, including conversation.
