Responsibilities and assignments•Experience on Quality Notifications from configuration (QN types, Catalog Codes, Selected Sets, User Status & Profile, UD codes, Workflows etc.…) to developments associated to QN; -Deviation Permit Requests(DPR) enhancements in the QN; -Developments associated to QNs – Return PO creation from QN action box, Catalog code validation in QN, QN Print out Hold tag form; •Experience on Non-Conformity Cost (NCC) Processes and associated Developments; -new report in S4 on the NCC for all the processes like In process rework, In process scrap, Post process rework and Post process scrap; - Supported in the development of NCC KPI Report from Reporting stream; •Experience on ppm (parts per million) Process and developments; -new Fiori app for Creation of ppm QN and ppm KPI report as per business requirements -Supporting in testing of end-to-end scenario of ppm QN creation until stock reduction in EWM side and the ppm. Label print generation out of ppm Fiori app. • Experience on Data Migration FDDs under Failure Management processes – predominantly worked on Quality Info Record (QIR) object which has complex logic to derive the required User status; •Supports EWM integration with Failure Management processes; - Supports in all aspects of Failure Management processes includes Rework, Reject, Scrap, Sorting UD with changing batches to rework or return batches; •Works on Source Inspection process under Incoming Inspection; -Standard Source Inspection process adopted to support Drop Shipment/Shipment approval processes where the SQE approval is needed in system before delivering the goods from the supplier premises; -Necessary Master data setup in QIR, QM view of Material Master, Inspection plan with DMR, Background job setup for automatic Source Inspection lots creation based on Purchase Order or Scheduling Agreements; •Experience on Batch Management processes in alignment with EWM. -analysis on Shelf-Life Expiration Date/Best Before Date on the batch management process in alignment with EWM team in progress. -the standard SAP features on Batch Management – Master data; setup, Recurring Inspection trigger & onward stock movements, Best practices adoption. •Supports in other areas of QM processes and integration to other streams PTP, PTM, EWM, OTC, Reporting. -Support other streams developments where QM processes involved.
