Our client is a multinational company within the pharmaceutical industry.Job description:
The QA Manager is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and directing all activities related to the operation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).Major Accountabilities:As QA Manager:Develop, implement, and improve the Quality Management System.
Supervise the implementation of the QMS across all departments, monitor its operation, and suggest improvements to management.
Represent the company in quality-related matters with third parties such as customers, consultants, and certification bodies.
Coordinate and supervise corrective and preventive actions.
Oversee the recording and evaluation of customer complaints and customer satisfaction.
Manage document control for the quality system documentation.
Ensure customer requirements and confidentiality obligations are met company-wide.
Act as the management representative on quality matters.
Immediately transfer adverse event and medical information related to company formulations to appropriate departments.Requirements:Solid experience in pharmaceuticals in a Quality & Regulatory role.
University degree or equivalent.
Fluent in English and Portuguese.
