Join us in shaping our future–and yours.Role reports to: LatAm Quality Systems & Compliance HeadLocation: BrazilTravel %: 10%Pay: xxx (if compliant with country laws)What you will doThe Quality & Compliance Specialist is responsible for:Championing compliance to applicable Regulations and standards including providing support during internal and external audits, CAPA, NC, QSMR, GCC and other elements part of the Quality System.Work with E2E Quality organization, and cross-functional partners to identify, investigate, and resolve Quality issues such as NCR and CAPA contributing to Compliance and Reliability.Identify and lead quality improvement initiatives that drive improvements to products, processes, and Quality Systems.Key ResponsibilitiesBe the focal point for the QMS process under your responsibility, leading functional and regional efforts as needed to achieve results.Ensure and maintain a standardized inspection readiness state across LATAM, alongside other clusters.Coordinate the internal audit process in LATAM, developing and/or ensuring the preparation of schedules, auditor qualifications, audit records, and action plans to maintain compliance.Act as lead auditor, assessing the current quality system, and recommending actions and improvements to facilitate and enhance process quality and accuracy.Collaborate with the E2E Quality organization and cross-functional partners to identify, investigate, and resolve Quality issues that contribute to Compliance and Reliability.Monitor trends, identify issues, recommend, coordinate, and implement appropriate actions to improve LATAM quality system performance.Assist in the development, implementation, and review of standard operating procedures.Foster a culture of continuous process improvement and make it a living practice in the region.Facilitate Governance forums to drive actions and resolutions for systems or processes, ensuring consistency, meeting compliance needs, and driving business objectives.QualificationsWhat we are looking forRequired QualificationsBachelor´s degree focused in a scientific or closely related discipline.At least 6 years of experience in a professional environment in one or more of the following fields in the pharmaceutical/cosmetic/consumer healthcare industry: Compliance, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, GxP knowledge of key regulations in the LatAm region.Certified Quality Systems Auditor with proved experience as auditor in plants / warehouses / R&D Operations / Commercial processes and in Inspection readiness processes including audits receptions for external bodies.Experience in coordinating Internal Audit Program at a regional / Cluster Level.Strong operational knowledge of Quality Systems and processes including CAPA, Change Control, and General Quality Systems process.Advanced English and Spanish listening and speaking skills.Ability to operate alone and through people over whom he doesn't have direct authority.Mindset for targeting long-term objectives while reaching short-term results.Experience working with virtual teams.E2E Mindset with ability to execute locally/regionally.Comfortable and effective at communicating with Sr. Leadership.Strong change management and problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.Must be able to develop and maintain relationships/partnerships and to work collaboratively both internally and externally.Flexible and persistent.Ability to solve with courage by taking decisions and actions based on quality of content and compliance.Ability to provide guidance, negotiate, and effectively coach departmental staff and others to ensure an ongoing state of compliance.Desired QualificationsAdvanced Spanish.Digital skills.Ability to think creatively and drive innovation in quality systems and compliance programs.Expertise in Office applications such as Word and Excel.Analytical skills to crystallize strategies and action plans that make business sense.Superior presentation skills.What's in it for youAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.Competitive Total Rewards Package*Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!Learning & Development Opportunities.Employee Resource Groups.Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
