The ideal candidate will support projects to promote and design solutions for industrial applications linked to metal surface protection (metal cleaning, metal treatment and lubricants and metal working fluids).We count on you for (main responsibilities include):Conduct hands-on laboratory experiments to support customer projects and develop innovative solutions;Provide technical support and interface with customers working on global and regional projects to support sales and marketing in LATAM region;Assist in the design, execution, and analysis of experiments to develop new products and improve existing ones;Data generation for promotion and sales tool;Support product homologations at customers (lab and pilot scale);Assist in training customers and distributors;Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other departments such as safety, sales, marketing, production, quality control, to ensure successful development of solutions;Support test developments and implementation;Maintain Laboratory Equipment: Ensure that all laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated, and adhere to safety protocols;Support lab safety and organization including safety and quality process implementation.You can count on us for:Join a transversal and dynamic team;Opportunities for growth and learning;Encouraging a diverse and inclusive workplace culture that values and respects individual differences and backgrounds.You will bring:B.S. or M.S. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Material Science;Strong experience in lab experiments, test development and implementation;Working knowledge of surfactants, additives, and polymers used in the cleaning, metal treatment, coatings, construction materials, lubricants or metal working fluids markets;Customer support and technical service experience would be a plus;Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex projects with multidisciplinary teams;Strong team player and excellent communication skills, both written and oral;Good knowledge of Excel & G-Sheet to handle large data sets.
