**About this opportunity**
We are now looking for a Line Manager Development Leader to secure Ericsson technology leadership and make sure we have the right scope, quality, time and cost for product development.
As you will teach, coach, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations.

You will work in Solution Area Business and Operations Support Systems (SA BOS) where we develop software for securing billing and other related capabilities in the mobile network for which Ericsson is the world leader in on the market.
With these products we serve more than 3 billion subscribers worldwide and are currently focusing on the roll-out of the 5G infrastructure for mobile operators globally.
The position is a line leader role for unit, Dev Unit Brazil within Design Center Frankfurt.
The scope for the unit is to develop, maintain and continuously test/release Ericsson Billing.
**What you will do**
- Manage a very skilled team responsible for Software Verification.
- Secure Ericsson technology leadership and make sure we have the right scope, quality, time and cost for product development.
- Mentor, challenge and develop individuals, teams and the organization.
- Work with partner companies
- Continue building and encouraging a creative and learning culture.
- Simplify sophisticated structures, to develop competence and innovation while having a good understanding of agile and lean R&D development.
- Crafting flow and optimized environment while providing coaching and mentorship of the team.
- Cultivate a culture of sharing, learning, and support.
**You will bring**
- Software Quality Focus
- Non-Functional tests experience, Java performance knowledge
- Experience with Cloud Platform, AWS Knowledge is a must.
- 3PP handling management
- Test Automation Process, knowledge on Robot framework.
- Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning background concept
- Previous experience leading teams and developing individuals in telecommunications or technology arena
- Strong results-oriented leadership experience with a focus on finding effective and balanced solutions while being pro-active, empowering, pragmatic and able to make things happen.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field or higher.
- Respect for dead-lines and ability to empower people
- Superb communication skills and in handling relations
- Experiences from multi-cultural and distributed development

- Experience of working in a leadership team
- Result oriented with a strong product development background
- Solid experience of managing a multitude of interfaces
- Strong leadership skills in line with Ericsson core values and leadership framework
- Experience in change management in an area in constant transformation

- Ability to work and cooperate across organizational boundaries
- Location - Brazil, São Paulo - Hybrid model (2 time in the office and 3 time in H.O)
- Language - Native Portuguese and fluent English
