What you'll do:
As an R&D Manager, you will play an instrumental role in the Wellbeing product line strategy, focusing on consumer experience to lead your team in the design and development of products that will deliver great experiences.

In detail, you will:
- Take the role of a people leader, bringing your solid expertise in the R&D area to lead your team in development projects with a cross functional collaborative approach, ensuring that quality, costs and timing requirements are met;
- Act as technical partner and collaborator to the business area and the regional and global Wellbeing teams, contributing to the execution and definition of R&D requirements for new product development projects;
- Build a strong R&D team for the region, fostering people development, collaboration and diversity among the team;
- Set up the area's annual budget in order to develop all activities, including prototypes, testing and laboratories, office resources and allocation interfacing with the global CX Wellbeing team;
- Ensure that design for automation, manufacturing and assembly, as well as Electrolux's Sustainability Policy, innovation culture, and the product care lifecycle are contemplated in product development projects;
- Contribute to the elaboration of the LA Wellbeing Generation Plan, considering KPI results and targets, bringing regional and global market and consumer insights, and taking charge of its execution;
- Take charge of elaboration of manuals, documentation and certification, as well as product maintenance after the S&OP cycle, including cost and quality improvements.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).
Who you are:
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering;
- Solid experience as an R&D manager;
- Solid experience with team management;
- Solid experience with project management;
- Advanced English (Spanish is a plus).
Where you'll be:
You will be based at the Guabirotuba plant in Curitiba.
