The Compliance and Privacy Analyst will support our technology Program, focusing on identifying and mitigating privacy and technology compliance risks, including AI, Cloud/SaaS, and global regulatory concerns. Key responsibilities include conducting privacy impact assessments (PIAs), managing data mapping, Records of Processing Activities, and Service Provider documentation. You will collaborate with business, IT, and enterprise teams to provide practical compliance guidance, track regulatory changes, and develop proactive solutions for privacy and technology concerns.Key responsibilities:- Conduct privacy impact assessments for systems, platforms, and vendor services.- Provide daily compliance guidance and document critical privacy-related records globally.- Stay updated on global data privacy regulations and assess their business impact.- Develop compliance training and create playbooks for business and IT teams.- Analyze trends, prepare reports for management, and support digital and web teams on privacy issues.- Assist with contract auditing for technology compliance, focusing on privacy, security, and AI terms.Required skills:- Minimum 5 years of experience in privacy, compliance, or governance roles.- Proficiency in global privacy and technology regulations and risk assessments.- Experience with OneTrust or similar platforms is highly preferred.- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.- Professional privacy certification (e.g., CIPP) is strongly preferred.- Paralegal experience and knowledge of IT security or digital marketing is a plus.
