We are seeking an experienced BA or PM with a background in insurance, finance, or accounting to join our team and work on projects for leading insurance companies.Key Responsibilities:· Collaborate with clients to understand, gather, and document business requirements.· Translate business needs into functional specifications, ensuring clarity and precision.· Manage development streams, overseeing the end-to-end process from client specification agreement to software release.· Work closely with the development team to ensure that project deliverables align with client expectations.· Continually enhance knowledge of industry-specific processes and developments.
Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Computer Science.· Minimum of 3 years' experience as a BA or PM.· Proven expertise in managing software development projects, preferably related to insurance.· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, attention to details.· Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management and communication.· English proficiency at C1 level (fluent speakers).
